An early apprenticeship in Toolmaking followed by a stint in Product Design led Paul to a 30 year career in Technical Recruitment, working for RHL in the UK and latterly as Managing Director of the newly formed Sydney office, servicing Australia and the wider APAC region. His ability to understand, communicate and deliver for clients and candidates alike has earnt him a reputation as a trusted specialist in the industry. His involvement with and enthusiasm towards the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders continues to be a passion wherever his work takes him.
Outside of work Paul is a keen sailor, for both recreation and racing and now enjoys the challenges and opportunities this brings to explore the stunning Sydney coastline. Originally from Manly, Paul is enjoying the lifestyle Australia has to offer.
