Roddy was appointed Group MD, responsible for the full portfolio of HR GO brands, in January 2017, having previously been Chief Financial Officer for 3 years.

He is a Chartered Accountant and originally trained with KPMG in London. His commercial career since then has been characterised by working in growth and transformational situations in multiple sectors covering life sciences, media, publishing, welfare to work and now recruitment.

He brings with him substantial experience in general management and programme delivery leadership. His last job was as Finance Director of a Deloitte/lngeus joint venture.
