Coming from a background in further education administration in the UK, Ilse joined RHL in May 2018 as part of RHL’s preparation for the big move to Australia and the opening of the Sydney office in July 2018. Responsible for all administration, business support and set-up activities, she now also supports Paul with resourcing for technical sectors.

Ilse enjoys singing in her local A cappella women’s choir and exploring the wild and beautiful beaches and National Parks of Australia.
